Ingredients: pomelocello, tonic water, soda water, bitters
Garnish: orange peel, toasted cinnamon stick
Method: In glass with filled ice, combine the pomelocello fill with 50% soda water with 50% tonic water, add a dash of bitters and garnish orange peel and cinnamon stick
(advanced)
Ingredients: pomelocello, tonic water, soda water, toasted cinnamon, (home made bitter infusion made with 95% alcohol/Everclear and orange peel, cloves, and cinnamon)

Ingredients: pomelocello, tonic water, lime wedge
Method: Combine pomelocello and tonic water in a glass filled with ice, garnish with a lime wedge
My Thai Pomelocello (Mai Tai)
Ingredients: pomelocello, dark rum, lime juice, orgeat syrup (optional),
Garnish mint leaves and lime wedges
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks glass, float dark rum on top, garnish with mint and lime.

Ingredients: Pomelocello, coconut cream, pineapple juice
Method: Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth, serve in a tall glass with a pineapple wedge.(basic)

Ingredients: Pomelocello, coconut cream, pomelo juice, coconut flesh
Method: Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth, serve in a tall glass with a pomelo shards.
Pomelo Sunset
Ingredients: Pomelocello, orange juice, grenadine
Method: Layer Pomelocello, orange juice, and a splash of grenadine in a highball glass for a beautiful sunset effect
Pomelo Mojito Twist
Ingredients: Pomellocello, rum, mint, lime, soda water
Method: Muddle mint and lime, add rum, pomellocello, and ice, top with soda water.
