INGRIDENTS:

• Fermented Mash: (chili peppers – chang rong*, mouse drop*, spur, karen, jinda, banana, bell pepper; carrot; garlic; onion; Sichuan pepper; black pepper; salt)
• Toum: (canola oil, garlic)
• Vinegars: (white vinegar, apple cider vinegar)
